Find what is in the way before you add another tactic.
We look at your goals, customers, channels, store behaviour, retention and margins together, so the next decision is made on what is actually limiting growth.
More data does not make the decision for you.
Marketing gets noisy when every channel chases its own metric. The useful question is what is stopping the business outcome, and which lever can move it.
Channel silos
Meta, Google, SEO, email, and Shopify are reviewed separately even though the customer moves through all of them.
Metric confusion
CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue are treated as goals instead of signals that need business context.
Tactics before diagnosis
Teams jump to new audiences, creatives, landing pages, or bids before proving which constraint actually deserves the work.
No learning loop
Changes are shipped, results are reported, but the evidence is not turned into a clearer next hypothesis.
The goal first. Then the evidence. Then the plan.
The point is not to make marketing sound complicated. It is to stop one channel taking the blame, or the budget, before anyone knows what the numbers say.
Commercial Goal. Define the outcome, constraints, margins, customer economics, runway, and what success actually means.
Evidence Review. Inspect traffic, creative, queries, products, conversion, retention, revenue, and qualitative customer evidence.
Constraint Diagnosis. Separate symptoms from the highest-leverage problem that can realistically be changed next.
Strategic Choice. Decide where effort should go and what we are deliberately not prioritizing yet.
Measurement Plan. Choose the primary business outcome and the supporting metrics needed to judge the test without metric shopping.
Learning Loop. Turn the result into a documented learning that improves the next decision instead of resetting the strategy every week.
Evidence you can check, with the business outcome above channel metrics.

How the work runs.
Set the objective
Clarify what the business needs to improve, the constraints around it, and the decision the analysis must support.
Collect evidence
Bring together channel data, store behavior, product economics, customer signals, and relevant operational context.
Diagnose
Identify the strongest supported constraint and distinguish known facts from assumptions that still need testing.
Choose the next move
Route the problem to creative, paid acquisition, Shopify, SEO, retention, or another owner with a clear hypothesis.
Measure + learn
Judge the test against the agreed outcome, document the result, and use it to make the following decision clearer.
Questions people ask before they start.
What happens in a growth audit?
We review the business goal and the available evidence across the relevant parts of the growth system. The purpose is to identify the strongest current constraint and the next useful decision, not to force every service into the scope.
Do you need access to every marketing platform?
Not always. Access depends on the question being answered. We ask for the minimum useful evidence needed to diagnose the problem responsibly and will say when the available data is not enough for a confident conclusion.
Which metrics do you prioritize?
The primary metric depends on the commercial goal. Channel metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate are supporting signals. Revenue quality, margin, CAC, customer value, and blended performance may matter more depending on the business.
Will the audit guarantee a result?
No. A diagnostic can improve the quality of the next decision, but it cannot guarantee the market response. We make assumptions explicit and use testing to reduce uncertainty rather than pretending uncertainty does not exist.
Can you implement the recommendations too?
Yes. If the diagnosed constraint falls within Beelog's capabilities, the same system can route the work into creative strategy, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify CRO, SEO, retention, or measurement support.
