Make the first order the start, not the end.

We build lifecycle email, segments and campaigns around what your customers bought and what they need next, so you stop paying to win the same customer twice.

Acquisition gets dearer when customers never come back.

A store can keep finding new buyers and still stall if everything after the first order is generic, discount-led or off-message.

Missing core flows

High-intent moments such as welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, and winback are handled manually or not at all.

One message for everyone

Customers, prospects, repeat buyers, and inactive subscribers receive the same campaigns regardless of behavior or lifecycle stage.

Discount dependence

Email becomes a constant coupon channel instead of using product education, timing, proof, replenishment, and relevant offers.

Disconnected acquisition

The welcome and post-click experience forgets the angle, product, or promise that originally brought the customer in.

Retention that changes what you can afford to spend on ads.

The offer, the product education, the timing and the segments follow what the customer already knows and what they are likely to want next.

Welcome. Turn new subscribers into informed prospects with the right brand, product, proof, and offer sequence.

Cart + Checkout Recovery. Help high-intent shoppers return with useful reminders, objection handling, and offer logic that fits the brand.

Post-Purchase. Support onboarding, product use, cross-sell, review, referral, and the next relevant purchase after the order.

Winback + Replenishment. Use timing, purchase history, and product lifecycle to create relevant reasons for past customers to return.

Segmentation. Separate customers and prospects by lifecycle, behavior, engagement, product interest, and purchase history instead of blasting the whole list.

Campaign Strategy. Plan launches, education, promotions, merchandising, and content around the same commercial calendar as acquisition and Shopify.

Customer value decides how much acquisition you can afford.

How the work runs.

  1. Audit

Review the platform, list quality, deliverability basics, existing flows, campaigns, Shopify events, offers, products, and lifecycle gaps.

  2. Prioritize

Start with the highest-intent lifecycle opportunities before adding more campaign volume.

  3. Build the message

Align copy, design, proof, product logic, timing, and CTA with the customer's stage and the acquisition promise.

  4. Segment + launch

Use behavior and customer data to send the right sequence to the right group rather than treating the list as one audience.

  5. Measure + iterate

Evaluate revenue contribution, conversion behavior, repeat purchase, engagement health, and customer value, then improve the lifecycle from evidence.

Questions people ask before they start.

Which email platforms do you work with?

For Shopify brands we can work with Klaviyo and other established ecommerce email platforms depending on the existing stack and requirements. The strategy comes first, then the platform implementation.

How quickly does email marketing produce results?

There is no fixed guarantee. Existing list size, traffic, purchase volume, deliverability, current flows, offer strength, and customer behavior all affect the outcome. High-intent flows can begin contributing once they are live, but the magnitude depends on the business.

Do you write the emails?

Yes. Scope can include lifecycle strategy, copy, structure, offer logic, segmentation, and design direction. We can also work with an internal brand or design team if you already have production support.

Is email worth it with a small list?

Sometimes. If there is meaningful traffic and purchase activity, core lifecycle automation can still be useful. If the audience is too small for ongoing campaign work, we would rather say that than recommend unnecessary volume.

Do I own the list and flows?

Yes. The customer list and account remain yours. Work should strengthen your owned retention infrastructure rather than create dependency on the agency.
